Construction
You have the idea – we convert it into plastic. Our engineers deal with all aspects relating to the conversion of the product design into plastic and construct your tool in 3D.
Our mold construction produces over 150 mass and pre-mass production tools per annum. In addition, punching and forming tools are produced for the In-Mold Labelling process.
From micro injection molding through to 1.000 ton machines. We operate a total of almost 140 injection molding machines at five locations, and produce components from 0,004 up to 2.500 gram.
Capacitive operation, chrome optics, hard coating, In-Mold Labelling, In-Mold Decoration, printing, painting, laser marking: You name it – KH knows it.
From the complex assembly in clean room conditions through to fully-automatic assembly of high volume components. We are happy to place our entire range at your disposal.
