Development
You have the idea; our engineers bring it to life. We develop complete assemblies—including mechanical components and purchased parts—as well as the manufacturing processes and, of course, injection molds.
At KH, we produce over 150 molds per year, including those using multi-component and foil technology, as well as simulations of the filling process, shrinkage and cooling in injection molding.
From micro-injection molding to heavy-duty parts: Our machines cover the entire spectrum. A key feature is our separate, climate-controlled production areas for medical applications.
Capacitive touch controls, chrome finish, hard coating, in-mold labeling, in-mold decoration, printing, painting, laser marking: You name it—KH has you covered.
From complex assembly in cleanrooms to the fully automated assembly of high-volume components—including blister packaging and labeling—before shipment to the customer.
Every speck of dust counts here: In our Class 7 and 8 cleanrooms, we manufacture products that are later sterilized and then implanted in or on patients’ bodies.
