KH Forest – Trainees plant trees and roses

Growth, care and responsibility – values that also play a central role in training. At the start of the new year of training on 1 September 2025, our trainees planted young summer lime trees in the KH Forest at Kirchberg in Helmbrechts. Together, they placed the seedlings in the prepared planting holes, aligned them and attached protective grilles.

The project was complemented by the planting of robust roses, which are not only intended to entwine the company logo, but also provide habitat for insects and birds.

But it doesn't stop at planting: the trainees are also responsible for the regular care of the trees – this includes watering them during the hot summer months.

The activity was rounded off with a snack together at KH Forest before everyone headed back to headquarters refreshed.

In the picture, our new trainees are shown around the logo from left to right: Darius Schödel (tool mechanic), Nico Hopf (plastics and rubber technologist), Jana Klinke (surgical mechanic) and Sebastian Sebert (IT specialist for system integration).
