The assembly of microscopic small parts requires skill and dexterity. Our employees have it and, among others, produce disposable endoscopes in clean room. We also supply complete assembly groups for the automobile sector. Depending on the order volume and complexity, semi- and fully-automatic assembly lines are at your disposal in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Fingerwork

Sometimes with gloves, sometimes without – depending on the project and the requirements. But, always with fingers that handle your products meticulously.

A scrutinizing glance, then into the tray. Our employees detect the smallest irregularities. The component removal is therefore an essential part of quality assurance.

When there aren’t any locking hooks: Using hot-air welding, display screens for example, can be fixed into housing components quickly and permanently.

The attaching of components onto painting holders has to function swiftly and precisely. For the German KH painting facility, this takes place at our Czech location.

VERPACKUNG

Aus dem Reinraum direkt zum Sterilisieren. Dafür muss das Packaging stimmen. KH verpackt im eigenen Haus gefertigte Produkte und bietet die Dienstleistung bei Bedarf seinen Kunden auch als einzelnen Prozessschritt an.

Das Präzisionsinstrument benötigt eine Verpackung, die es zuverlässig vor Beschädigung schützt. Hartschalenblister sind dafür ideal geeignet.

Ein qualifiziertes Siegelgerät verschweißt die Tyvek-Beutel. Damit ist die Primärverpackung des Endoskops sicher verschlossen.

Bereits im Reinraum selbst erstellt ein Spezialdrucker das Label für die Artikel. Auf die Etikettierung folgen Ausschleusen und Umverpackung.

VERPACKUNGSZENTRUM

Unser tschechischer Standort in Chodov entwickelt sich aktuell zum Verpackungszentrum der KH-Gruppe. Hier fertigen wir seit kurzem Hartschalenblister in eigenen Anlagen, packen Bauteile in Polybeutel ab und schicken Lieferungen vom Logistikzentrum in Nové Sedlo direkt zum Kunden.

TIEFZIEHEN VON BLISTERN

Rollenfolie bis 3 mm und Plattenmaterial bis 6/7 mm Stärke, Verformgröße 500 x 750 mm, maximale Verformhöhe 100 mm. In diesen Bereichen können Sie mit uns rechnen.

Aus unserer Vakuum-Tiefziehanlage erhalten Sie die optimale Umhüllung für Ihr Produkt. Durch den eigenen Werkzeugbau sind wir auch bei der Erstellung der Tiefziehwerkzeuge schnell und flexibel.
