MEDIZINPRODUKTE VON A BIS Z – WELTWEIT MIT KH

Unser Single-Use-Endoskop zeigt Ihnen gut, was wir können: Der gesamte Fertigungsprozess wurde bei KH entwickelt und umgesetzt – beginnend mit der Mechanik im Handgriff bis hin zur Etikettierung und dem Versand der fertigen Baugruppen. Mehrere Varianten, bis zu 12 verschiedene Kunststoffkomponenten (mehrere davon 2K) plus 15 Zukaufteile und Reinraummontage. Als CMO/CDMO realisieren wir medizinische Projekte an unseren fünf Standorten auf drei Kontinenten.

Engineering

To ensure the medical product complies exactly with specifications, KH assists with the development of mechanical and housing components. Existing designs are optimized for conversion into plastic.

 

Tooling

Micro injection molding tools and those for articles with more volumes are produced on our premises. Multi-component technology, filling simulations, CAD, CAM, CNC: All paths are short and efficient.

 

(Clean room) Injection molding

Micro injection molding plants with clean room facilities produce minute plastic parts with a part weight of just 0,004 grams and 0,1 millimeter wall thickness. We can also do it larger of course.

(Clean room) Assembly

In class 8 clean rooms, experienced employees at European production locations perform complex assemblies, under microscopes as well.

 

Sterilization

To you, ready and done. For articles requiring a particular process step such as sterilization, we take over the organization with external services and the logistics.

Whether it be for single-use or reusable products: Due to our high production profundity, we are the ideal systems supplier for large volumes as well as international projects.

A simple, or perhaps a black piano finish with vanishing effect after all? Buttons are as diverse as the car interiors in which they are fitted. Shape and color vary – but they all get pressed.    

Dodge place great importance on quality. The pushbutton screen is injection molded, painted, laser marked, printed and assembled at KH.

Snazzy for the smallest Fiat: The round buttons are created using 2K injection molding, painted high-gloss black, laser printed and ultrasonically welded.

Stylish in the Audi: The buttons produced using 2K processing receive a scratch-resistant and high-gloss coating with UV paint, and are laser printed.

Cold and silver, that must be metal. No, it’s CoolBrush, a process developed by KH to emulate metal surfaces. Would you like to feel it?

Heatable IML components

For exterior parts with integrated camera, radar or lidar systems, the surface requires to be free of ice very quickly. Heatable IML components offer the ideal solution for these challenges.

Antimicrobial surfaces

Surfaces that are touched by many can transfer germs. An antimicrobial feature prevents this. We would be happy to inform you about the various processes.

Glass encapsulation

A genuine dream team: highly transparent glass and flexible, malleable plastic. KH positions freely floating glass plates fully automatically into the tool and encapsulates them on the narrow side. The result is a type of lense with “window frames”. With the newly developed technology, previously unrealizable applications are now made possible.
